Terms of Use

Version 1.0 — Effective July 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Aeroapps Technology, L.L.C. (“Company”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the SlotsGem Kingdom 777 mobile application for Android, package name com.aeroapps.wizardgame (the “App” or the “Game”). Please read them carefully. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

• The Game is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.
• By using the App, you confirm that you have reached the minimum legal age established in your country.
• Persons under 18 must not use the App.

2. Nature of the Game

SlotsGem Kingdom 777 is a simulated (social) casino game created exclusively for entertainment. Specifically:

• the App does not provide real-money gambling;
• there are no deposits and no wagers made with real money;
• there are no purchases of any kind;
• there are no cash or material prizes;
• there is no possibility to withdraw funds;
• success in the Game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

3. Virtual Currency

Virtual coins, gems, bonuses, and any other in-game units (“Virtual Currency”):

• are provided exclusively for use within the Game;
• have no monetary value;
• are not money and are not your property;
• cannot be bought;
• cannot be sold;
• cannot be transferred to another user;
• cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services;
• cannot be withdrawn;
• may be modified, deducted, or reset by the developer at any time;
• can be obtained through gameplay and daily bonuses.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• copy or distribute the Game;
• modify the App;
• decompile or reverse engineer the App;
• resell the App;
• use the Game for commercial purposes;
• circumvent technical limitations of the App.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you must not:

• use bots;
• use cheats;
• automate gameplay;
• use modified clients;
• interfere with the game balance;
• exploit bugs or errors;
• manipulate Firebase, Remote Config, or local application data;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• take any actions that disrupt the operation of the App.

6. Game Availability and Changes

Aeroapps Technology, L.L.C. may, at any time and without prior notice:

• change game mechanics;
• change the rules for granting Virtual Currency;
• modify or reset virtual balances;
• add or remove features;
• temporarily suspend the App;
• discontinue support of the App;
• fix errors.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, exploit bugs or errors, or interfere with the operation of the App.

8. Intellectual Property

The Game and all of its elements — including the code, design, name, logos, characters, graphics, sounds, and texts — are owned by Aeroapps Technology, L.L.C. or are used on lawful grounds. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license described in Section 4.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant:

• uninterrupted operation of the App;
• the absence of errors;
• the preservation of locally stored game progress;
• compatibility with all devices;
• the permanent availability of any feature.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aeroapps Technology, L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy

The processing of data in connection with the App is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. Consent to analytics (Firebase Analytics) is voluntary, is requested separately, and is not a condition of accepting these Terms or playing the Game.

12. Changes to Terms

• These Terms may be updated from time to time.
• The current version and its date are always shown at the top of this page.
• In case of material changes, the App may ask you to accept the Terms again.
• A new version applies to you after you accept it.

13. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Arizona and the United States of America, unless mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence provide otherwise.
